Just bought it. It’s a great pedometer which is cheap and gives you accurate results. Stay away from the china made cheapies and buy yourself an Omron

also effective for aerobics?well it seems they can do better then the rest of pedometer that is review on the blog,but is that include in aerobics also trampoline?

when you Gym or when you do fitness unless walking or jogging,do you also carry this tools with you?can they measure any calorie level burn beside ‘walking or running

it is wonderful you already fit and still need motivation from the small machine,but what it the point is know how much calorie has been burned from our body tissues ?is it true more sweat we out more calorie we waste?
